At Way4Shopping, we aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return for most items purchased from Way4shopping.in within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, tags, and manuals.
  • Be in the same condition as when received, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain products may be marked as “non-returnable” in the product description.
  • Items such as customized products, clearance items, and certain types of electronics may not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your request, and if approved, provide you with further instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item, including all original contents, and ship it to the return address provided in the approval email. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Note: Please ensure that the returned item is well-packaged to prevent damage during transit. Damaged or incomplete returns may be refused.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, for verified claims.

6. Cancellations
